Tanya Gorg
Tanya’s Story.
I know what 2am feels like. The ceiling. The clock. Counting the hours left before the alarm. Wondering what's wrong with you, when everyone else just… sleeps. For eighteen years, that was my life. I tried everything you've probably tried. The teas. The apps. The strict routines. The lying very still and hoping. Nothing held. Because nothing was speaking to the part of me that was actually awake - my nervous system. Then I found the breath. Ancient practices - kriya, pranayama, movement, and sound - techniques carried through the Himalayas for thousands of years. Older than any of our modern fixes. Slower, too. And slowly, my body remembered how to rest. Not because I forced it. Because I finally felt safe enough to let go. That's the work I do now. I've trained deeply in these practices - just under four years in the Himalayas - and I weave them with modern nervous system science, so what you feel in a session, you can also understand. Sometimes it's breathwork. Sometimes it's sound. Sometimes it's simply learning to be in your body without bracing against it. I work with people who are wired, exhausted, and can't switch off. Professionals. Sensitive souls. The ones lying awake at 2am, sure they're the only one. You're not. We all carry more than our bodies were designed to hold. But there's always something soft and steady waiting on the other side of release. I've walked this road. It's why I can hold it for you. If something in you stirs reading this - it's worth paying attention to.

Why I do This Work
I share these practices because they gave me my life back. If you're dealing with stress, sleepless nights, or that feeling of being disconnected from yourself — I know that place. I lived there for a long time. My approach meets you exactly where you are. No pressure. No overwhelm. Just a steady path back to feeling safe in your own body. This isn't theory for me. It's the reason I'm here.
